"Housekeeping failed to clean our room one day, which caused a bit of upset for my family. However, the situation was rectified quickly, and the hotel manager made amends by providing us with a free night's stay in the future. The hotel was fairly nice, however, the Hyatt charges $16 a night to park in their underground lot, which I find extremely customer unfriendly. Imagine having to pay for parking at a hotel you're already paying to stay at!"

The hotel is adjacent to Telus Convention Centre and connected to exhibit hall and is less than one hour from the Canadian Rockies and close to Stampede Park, the Saddledome, Calgary Tower and Spruce Meadows.
