"We were disappointed about the breakfast buffet - we were the first ones there at 7 a.m. and the food on the buffet was luke warm or cold - not acceptable."

"Although the hotel was very well looked after and the bedrooms were very clean, facilities were also very good, I'm afraid that some of the staff needed teaching about customer relations. That was the only complaint I have about the hotel, but it could put off another visit. A smile and a polite hello would have been nice."
